I am a single parent trying to raise three children on my own which at times is very hard. I have a high school senior who seems to want and/or need something every time I turn around. My third grader has some medical problems related to diabetes that seems to cause him to grow faster than other children his age. Last, but not least is my little first grader, she loves to dream about becoming someone special.

t. First, it has financially allowed me to be able to enroll my two children in the Community Center’s “Fitness for Kids Program.” I noticed the short time they were in the program my son was starting to trim down. The Financial Aid Program has also made it possible for my two younger children to participate in the basketball program they offer. I have found by utilizing the different programs offered, they’re staying active and in shape. My children also were able to enjoy a couple of the sleep over’s offered around Halloween and New Year’s.
My family is greatly appreciative for the Financial Aid Program offered at the Warrensburg Community Center. The program has made it possible for my children to be able to partake in the extracurricular Activities which has richly enhanced the life.
