Campaign Committee
· Shall consist of the campaign chairman and campaign executive committee, appointed by the Board, and such additional persons as such campaign committee may name.
· Duties shall be to supervise and direct the campaign for funds subject to the supervision and direction of the Board of Directors.

Budget/Allocation Committee
· Shall consist of the an uneven number of members deemed advisable by the Board of Directors, but not less than nine, and shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.
· Duties shall be to consider and make recommendations in regard to all matters pertaining to special appropriations;
· The admission of institutional members;
· The study of budgets of all participating organizations
· Recommending allowances, increases or reductions of budgets
· And payment to agencies in accordance with these budget allowances and all other matters incident thereof.
· All acts of the Budget/Allocation Committee shall be subject to the final approval of the Board of Directors.

Publicity/Education Committee
· Shall consist of at least five persons appointed by the Board of Directors.
· Duties shall be to supervised and direct a continuous educational and publicity program subject to the supervision and direction of the Board of Directors.
· This program shall be designed to inform the community regarding the social needs and the services of the United Way and its member agencies, thus encouraging sound and intelligent support of the organization and social work;
· Provide training for campaign volunteers;
· Review literature pertaining to United Way and notify the Board of Directors of newsworthy items.

Nomination/Board Development
· Shall consist of at least three persons appointed by the Board of Directors.
· Duties shall be to recommend a slate of officers from the members of the Board of Directors at an organizational meeting following the annual election of directors.
· Shall select nominees to serve as directors with a view to keeping the Board of Directors representative of the important geographic, economic, cultural, and other interests of the community;
· With representation by one director from the unincorporated areas and one from Warrensburg, Holden, Chilhowee, Leeton, Kingsville, Centerview and Knob Noster where possible;
· And Whiteman Air Force Base Combined Federal Campaign shall be represented by one director.

Internal Affairs
· Shall consist of at least four persons appointed by the Board of Directors.
· Duties shall be to review the bi-laws of the Johnson County United Way and to recommend any suggested changes to the board of directors;
· prepare a summary of significant information concerning the campaign year to be maintained in the Johnson County United Way History;
· Serve as an advisory committee to the president concerning any issues related to the Johnson County United Way if requested by the president.
